Coaching is a word we are hearing a lot lately, especially in the world of HR. But do we really understand what “coaching” is? Is there just one type of coaching? How does coaching fit in my organization? How does coaching fit into my life?
In this session we will dive deeper into understanding what coaching is, in its multiple forms, as well as gain insight into which type of coaching approach would best benefit your organization or yourselves as individuals.
As with all Ray’s sessions this will be a highly interactive learning session – come prepared to participate!
