In this interactive presentation, attendees will grasp the importance of work-life harmony for optimal health, productivity, and job satisfaction, and will gain insight into the warning signs and impact of an imbalanced life. They will walk away with practical tips for creating more balance in their work-life and will recognize when it’s time for a reset, leaving them encouraged and inspired to take positive action in their lives.

John is an HR lawyer who represents employers and HR professionals. He has been practicing for 25 years. He is both a counselor to HR professionals and trial lawyer who defends them. He is past president of DallasHR, Mid Cities HR and Collin County. He is presently serving as Vice President of Programs at NTSHRM. His wife is a big-time federal prosecutor, and both of their sons are Eagle Scouts.
